Dimension and hierarchy

hello power bi users, I'm goint to implemented a bar chart with dimension (year) and  hierarchy (country) inside x axis so the first level should be year and country , the next level year and code state, and the last level year and county name, so in my chart I have year first level and the next level is country this is  I want not to show 🙄 , any tips? is this posible ?

When I click all level it show year and country is fine , but the next level is year, country and code state 😞
