Good morning
I am having some issues with my dimension tables. I have multiple dimension and fact tables. All relationships from the dimension tables to fact are one to many.
I'm doing a lot of testing on my dataset as it's being used in many different reports. So I have from the DIM Date table 2023 chosen in the page filter just to check a small amount of data. When I start building a table with another DIM table lets say Category. Not all categories are shown, when I remove the year filter, all categories show. At this point I haven't even added any measures to the table.
In a real report, I need to choose Category first and then Date slicer to be able to access all categories. I went through all relationships and they are all set up in a Star Schema
I find this wierd behaviour or maybe I'm missing something?
Thank you
Any chance you could share a screenshot of your Relationship view?
