Dill through is applying an additional filter and when removed keeps coming back

I have set my drill through report page up. However when selected from report screen again the drill through is adding an additional filter which i didn't apply and i remove and save, but when select drill through again it reappears.

First Image who i set up drill through:

2nd Image when drill through selected from report page this extra filter is added and then the data does not show

When i remove fitler it reappears in next time the drill through is used. Any ideas
