Difficulty Sign In on Power Bi Desktop

Good day

I have difficulty logging in to Power Bi Desktop. I don't have any issues with logging in online. But with the Desktop app, as soon as I've entered my email and click continue, the rest of the sign in steps don't show.

Can someone please assist?

For months this problem was resolved, but now it has returned. I'm once again struggling to sign in to Power BI desktop.

@ElzaanWinterbac , Try this setting. Seem like browser is not opening properly

 

Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> Security Option -> and check : Use My Default browser( Visible after scroll)

if needed, clear the cache of the default browser
