Different number format between web and mobile version

In my reports in the Web version I present the formats with "," commas for thousands separator and "." period for decimals. Spanish (Mexico), 12,123,123.00 and so I require it. But in the mobile version presents me as a spanish format (points for separator of thousands and as for decimals) Example: 12.123.123.00

I hope you can help me, and thank you in advance

HI @Desa001,

I'd like to suggest you check your device language and locale settings first. AFAIK, power bi service will switch to correspond data format based on their locale and data region settings automatically. (power bi does not contain options to directly modify these formats)
