Recently I have seen in a project that I am doing that Excel files uploaded from a SharePoint site do not show the options that were previously shown. Specifically, in the old files this comes out:
And in the new ones this is another:
Excluding the "Schedule update" option, which means that the update options cannot be edited and does not appear in the workbook set.
Does anyone know why this happens and how it can be returned to normal behavior?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin,
I think they mean these files will auto-refresh by 'onedrive refresh' and not require you to configure them anymore.

Hello!
No, apparently it is not that: looking for differences between files I have seen that it must be a matter of roles and security, because when creating that file again (by someone from the internal team, not by external as before), the problem is solved and that option already appears in the menu.
