Hello,
Just to tell you that my reports are not displayed the same in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Does anybody knows why ?
It really annoys be because it feels ugly when I am in Power BI Service.
In Power BI Desktop :
Display is GOOD
In Power BI Service :
Display is BAD
Thanks
Best regards,
Augustin
Hi @augustindelaf did you find a solution to this problem? I have the same problem with embedde reports and the only way to make it compatible with the original is to right click on the panel and "Update frame", then it seems normal. But every time we load a new embedded report, it looks “ugly” with incorrect formatting
Hi @augustindelaf ,

My clientdoesn't want me to publish it on the community.

Augustin

Hi @v-yingjl
thanks for the work, I appreciate.
The display seems to be correct on a browser, but now the PDF export (both from Desktop or Service), that was fine, is ugly and messy.
pdf export from power bi service
our final target is to generate a pdf.
Does it mean that it is impossible to have, in our case, both a nice visual rendering, as well as a nice PDF ?
thanks in advance for furthur help.

My version of PBI :
plase com back ASAP to us with an answer to this issue which is very critical for the users of our reports.
Try a different browser.. Or a different monitor(different machine).. Most of the times, its the browser or monitor issue.
If it helps, mark it as a solution
Kudos are nice too.
I tried on :
-Edge >>>STILL UGLY
-IE>>>STILL UGLY
-Firefox>>>STILL UGLY
Seems like it doesn't change anything.
Best regards,
Augustin
Seems like a rendering issue when using outlines to group a few visuals together.
Have you tried grouping the visuals using the group feature?
