i have columnA in table1 and columnB in table2.
I want to do : columnA - columnB
Relationship is many to many and key is CDC.

You need to create a new measure:
Diff(A-B) =
SUM ( Table1[ColumnA] )
- SUM ( Table2[ColumnB] )

"Ore di presenza" is columnA on table1 while "Ore TOT produzione" in columnB on table2.
First row reslut must be:
columnC = 15.835,50 - 48587,75
