Difference between value fo the same column but filter by month

Dears,

 the left column is the previous month, and on right its the last month (who whas finished); 

As you can see the is a count of people for each side, i would like the know the difference between these two value and put it in the center (where is it "-14").

Notice: the "count of people" is the same column used in twice, that's the same column in the power query editor.

@NnIc0 , You can use time intelligence with Date table and do it

example

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))
last MTD (complete) Sales =  CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH))))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
