    SUMX (
        FILTER (
            ALL ( Consulta1[Date] ),
            Consulta1[Date] <= VALUES ( Consulta1[Date] )
                && MONTH ( Consulta1[Date] ) = MONTH ( VALUES ( Consulta1[Date] ) )
        ),
        [Difference]
    )
)
