Desktop refresh working no errors, web version not working

I have a power BI model in desktop that is working but the web part isnt refreshing details below

-Expression.Error: There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.. #table({"Content", "Name", "Extension", "Date accessed", "Date modified", "Date created", "Attributes", "Folder Path"}, {}). Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode = 10063. Detail = #table({"Content", "Name", "Extension", "Date accessed", "Date modified", "Date created", "Attributes", "Folder Path"}, {}). . The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.Cluster URI:    WABI-WEST-US-B-PRIMARY-redirect.analysis.windows.netActivity ID:  54423a37-cddc-136c-1fd4-b293b5ad2dfa

(copilot cannot figure it out either) all queries in desktop are good and not throwing any errors; only get error when i refresh on web version, i really dont want to remake the entire file as there are many rules ( i did go through each step in all queries and no errors anywhere). Things to note: 3 queries total, 2 linked to sharepoint, incremental refresh on... everything was loading fine for weeks, then just randomly stopped. Before it stopped working, i refreshed in desktop and changed increm refresh from 7 to 30 days refreshed and republished, which i thought may have broken  it, but when i deleted increm refresh altogether to troubleshoot, it still wasnt working. i also opened an older version before i "fixed/republished", and the older version isnt working now, even tho it did back then. I did update all credentials, Im out of ideas

@shanrodgers2758 good luck - you never provided enough detail that there is an incremental refresh. For future, read this post to get your answer quickly.

all are binary, i deleted incremental refresh again and excluded the JSON file in the refresh and it worked, i reimplemented incremtal refresh and it failed again so i guess its something with that incremental refresh, but at least i have something more to work with/troubleshoot

@shanrodgers2758 Sorry, I'm not super clear what you are saying? Could you share the M code by going to the advanced editor? Redact any sensitive information in the M code.

Clarfication: there are 2 from sharepoint 1 thats JSON (but the JSON file does not get updated frequently and was not updated from the time the file worked from the time it didnt)

@shanrodgers2758 seems like one or more of the line items doesn't have binary data. After you read the files from SharePoint, can you add a filter to check if there is a row without binary data?

i am using excels (all .xlxs) that are within a sharepoint site, not JSON --= SharePoint.Files; all point to binary and = Source{0}[Data] (since the excels have different names (due to dates)); all sample files are loaded and are correct, the files themselves all have same layout and point to a specific tab which is the labeled the same within all the excels

@shanrodgers2758 Are you working with JSON? Could you please clarify the source type of your data to assist?
