Solved: Desktop - Log on Issue

Hi everyone,

When i try to enter in my account in Desktop PowerBI software shows this message:

"Couldn't sign in
We encountered an error while trying to log on.
Details: Object reference not defined for an instance of an object."

What i need to do in this case?

Here are the checklists you can try:

Please type https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/ in browser then click the Sign in button, enter the same account which has problem in Power BI desktop to see if issue related to the account.
You can download the latest version of power desktop (April 2020) from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 to check if the issue related to Power BI desktop.
Please run Fiddler and enable desktop trace log, repeat the steps to sign in in Power BI desktop until the error throws out.
