Deselect Bookmarks Navigators

I have created 10 bookmarks so when i click on bookmarks nagavitors then it will select default all 10 nagivators

how do we unselect 3 out of 10 so i can see nagivators for 7 in my list and any guide ?

Hi @RajK2 

Creating bookmark groups is the best solution.

By default, All bookmarks are shown in the bookmark navigator; however, you can create and select a specific bookmark group to show only the bookmarks within that group.

Uncheck is allowed one book mark at the same time, do we need to create group bookmark ?

If you want to manage multiple BookMarks Together that would be a good approach

Hi @RajK2 TRy this please 

• Open Bookmarks Pane:

  • Go to the View tab and enable the Bookmarks Pane.

• Modify Bookmarks Navigator:

  • Select the Bookmarks Navigator visual on your report page.

• Exclude Unwanted Bookmarks:

  • In the Format Navigator pane:
    • Expand the Bookmarks section.
    • Uncheck the bookmarks you want to exclude (the 3 you don’t want).
    • Save The Report
