Deployment Pipeline Configuration Query

Hello Experts,

We habe Premium Capacity and want to configure deployment pipeline but we have one server and one database for Dev, Test and Prod. Table name in database is different. For example, if we have table name Student then in Dev it will be named as Student_DEV, In Test it will be Student_TEST, In Prod it will be Student. All these table resides in same databse.

We are aware that we can configure Server name and Database name in Deployment pipeline but can we configure list of table names in deployment pipeline for dev,test and prod. Like, Dev report should point to _DEV tables, Test report should point to _TEST and likewise for PROD.

Any help or suggestion would highly be appreciated.
