Delta between the Columns based on the selected project in the filter

I have a requirement in Power BI where I have to find the delta between the cost items of the project based on the project selection in the Filter dropdown. Can you please help me with the dax for it. Thanks alot in advance.

If I select Project D in the Filter selection the table should be updated like above. and the difference values should change dynamically if I selct Project C in the filter dynamically. Thanks again!

the difference should be dynamically calculated based on the filter selection for suppose If I selected project D in the filetr selection then the difference columns adjacent to the projects should give delta between the corresponding project and project D
