Delete rows when specified time between them

Hello PBI experts,

I struggle with this :

I have a table with multiple rows. I would like to delete the rows when there is less tan 2 seconds between them.

Rows exampleDo you know how I can delete the rows ? For example, I would like the "out" at 07:07:50 and delete the following "outs" until the next "in" at 7:03:03.
