parry2k Thanks for the reply. It worked when i use below formula :-
Default Measure =IF(COUNTROWS(DISTINCT(ALLSELECTED(Sales[Catagory]))) < COUNTROWS(DISTINCT(ALL(Sales[Catagory]))) , SUM(Sales[Profit]),IF(SELECTEDVALUE(Sales[Catagory]) = "B",SUM(Sales[Profit]), BLANK()))

Anonymous sure you can do something like this
Line Measure =
VAR __selectedCategory = SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Category], "B" )
RETURN
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Column] ), Table[Category] = __selectedCategory )
if this doesn't work then share sample data.
