Default pre-selection of slicer - last element

Is there a possibility in Power BI Desktop for RS to dynamically set the default pre-selection of the slicer to the last element?

In the use case, an SSAS cube is loaded daily. By default, a view should be opened based on a specific financing phase, which is always the currently valid phase. If the financing phase changes during a reload, this phase should also be selected by default. Unfortunately, the slicer sticks to the last phase set, so this must first be actively changed. The option to switch between the phases should remain.

Is there any way to do this?
