How to display the volume and percentage as the data labels as the picture below.

It seems like you are moving a proportional measure in the chart.
When you move a metric with absolute value, it shows that something like below:
But, if you want to show both, then you can't directly show it in decomposition chart. You can show something under Tooltips which you can show on hover. Something like below:
Currently, looks like decomposition tree can only allow ONE metric under Explain BY section.
