Debugging a virtual table (ie. in a variable)

I'm working on measures using ALL that reference tables and columns from tables, and I'd like to see explicitly what are the intermediate / virtual tables rather than just see the output of the final measure calculation

Is there a way to do this?

I'm trying to find one, using DAX Studio, but I can't find a way

E.g. if I was working in SQL, I'd just extract part of the query (or a subquery or CTE) and run it as a standalone query

As a simple example, how would you look at the table in the second part of this formula:

Measure_1 =

CALCULATE(

[Measure_2],

FILTER(

ALL('Sales'),

Sales[ID] = 001

)

)

[v-deddai1-msft]

According to your example, do you want to see the output of the filter section? You can just create a calculated table:

table = FILTER(ALL('Sales'),Sales[ID] = 001)
