Deal with null

Hi ,

I have Problem I can't Solve It

the  problem in Null Value In my database and  I filter data baed on  col2 = col3 show true if  not show false  like the below table,  but  the first  recorde not show buecose  null value, how  I can  solve  it 

col1	col2	col3	col4
a	12	null	FALSE
b	11	11	TRUE
c	3	3	TRUE
d	7	7	TRUE
f	10	10	TRUE
