Deal Pipeline chart

Hi, 

I'm keen to get an inventive way of having a table with various colours for like a RAG status for example. But then I would like to have a month by month view and it would be great if past months would disappear into a completed tab. 

We currently use Powerpoint to manually present this, would I be able to use Powerpoint as a Data source or would it have to move to excel?

Is it possible to get a live calendar in PowerBi?

Here is the current table we have in Powerpoint, as months go by we have to manually shift the months over. Blue is for all completed deals, Green for deals scheduled on time, amber may be a hiccup, red delayed or on hold.
