Ps: I cannot use page level filters as I need to use the measure in a paginated report.

@Anonymous The reason why you are getting the wrong total is because valid measure is getting calculated at the customer + date level, not at the customer level. To get correct total at the customer level, you need add a new measure:
Sum Customer - Valid =
VAR __Table1 =
ADDCOLUMNS (
SUMMARIZE (
MyTable,
MyTable[Customer]
),
"@Valid", [Valid]
)
RETURN
SUMX ( FILTER ( __Table1, [@Valid] = "Yes" ), [Sum Amount] )
