Dax measure based on dynamic date periodes column

How can I create two new measure a deviation column and Index column based on the prior column

Item	2019	2020	Deviation	Index
AAA	87.079	267.734	?=DAX	?=DAX

@Anonymous ,The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
