    Hey,

     

    not sure if this DAX-Measure

     

    Measure = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS(
        'Table1'
    )
    ,ALL('Table1'[Atividade])
)

    is what you're looking for, but on a first glance it looks promising
