Datetime column in UTC displaying two different values

I have a table which contains two date/time colums with format like 2022-12-05T21:02:25.88883Z.  I've altered back between date/time and date/time+timezone.  Both of these columns have a relationship to a standard date talbe I created with resolution down to day (i.e. does not include time).
If I create a table visualization with these two columns I see one column display the value in the UTZ time (9:02:25) and another column display the value in my local time (3:02:25).
I can't figure out why one column is displayed in local while the other remains in UTC, thoughts?

It was a user error, issue has been resolved.

I had the date column in two different tables and was utilizing the wrong one.  In the process of fixing it I did learn how PowerBI represents UTC in user local time and was able to leverage other posts from this forum to adjust accordingly.
