Dates in multiple columns

Hi, I have an Excel table with multible columns (created fiscal year, created fiscal quarter, created month, scheduled fiscal year, scheduled fiscal quarter, scheduled month, completed fiscal year, completed fiscal quarter and completed month. And for each (created, scheduled, completed) 0 for not count or 1 for count).

I like to have one slicer for fiscal year,  one for fiscal quarter and one month for all the above columns. So when I click fiscal quarter 2, I see the created, scheduled and completed numbers. Hopefully my question makes sence?

Thanks
