DateTime format in streaming dataset

Hi All,

 

I'm building a report from a streaming dataset and having trouble with chart labelling.

 

I'm pushing dates in the format '2020-10-18' via the API where PBI converts them to US format (which I don't want). All my regional settings are UK and I can't find a way to fix this so I've been trying to work around it.

 

I can still use the datetime field in my charts but the problem I'm having is that there is no way to format this field once I'm in desktop so I'm stuck with a datetime field. In my chart, my x-axis looks like this:

I want to show a date field only (and once per date) but because this is a streaming dataset, I'm massively limited to what I can change.

 

Anyone have any ideas how it could be done?

Timestamps for push datasets should be in ISO-8601 format (where you can also indicate the timezone).  Time display format depends on the viewers' settings on their browser.
