Date settings on tooltip

I have a line chart showing the changes of invoice quantity in time. The whole report is in English, but on the tooltip I have the date in Czech.

I have tried to change the regional settings fro Czech republic to UK, I have tried to change the format of the date to dd/mm/yyyy. But tooltip stays as it is. Is it there any other way to change it to English or to another date format?

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous

It seems you don't retstart your power bi or anything in the power bi option settings is not ok.

To use local language setting for power bi, please restart power bi after setting.

To override the default and use Power BI Desktop in a language other than your Windows language do the following.

  1. In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options.
  2. Under Global Settings, select Regional Settings.
  3. In the Application Language box, select a different locale.

@Anonymous , what is the format of date for that column. That should be there in the tooltip

For UK format change setting: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-apply-UK-date-format-dd-mm-yyyy-in-Date-slicer/td-p/599712
