I want to create a Power BI dashboard with a date filter

Date filter should allow to filter based on frequency Like Date level -Month, Year or Quarter.

Let me know hoe to do it.

I need a date level selection like showing up in scene short 

Filter show allow me to select date frequency and Visulization should change accordingly as date level selector in Tableau
