Date from previous Friday to Next Friday and Lookup Function in Power BI Report Builder

I have a report I am using PowerBI Report Builder.  I need to show default dates in my start date and end date.  I used this function to get the start date to work, but when I run the report it only shows weekdays.  i need the weekend dates to show as well.  I also need the end date to be the upcoming friday from the date the report is ran.  Example:  today is 5/31/2020 the start date should be 5/29/2020 I have that part working.  The end date should be 6/5/2020, I cant get that to work.

Also,  fo the PrimaryDept parameter I need to show the department of the person who is running the report.  I am using this lookup function but gettng an error message: "A value expression used for the "PrimaryDept" report parameter refers to a field. Fields cannot be used in parameter expression.  "

=Lookup(Fields!Name.Value,Fields!Name.Value,Fields!PrimaryDept.Value,"DataSet2")
