Date format issue

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I want to change the date format "Month/Date/Year" into "Date/Month/Year" format in Power BI. How can i do that.&nbsp;I have an excel sheet with date column it includes all the dates as "MM/DD/YYYY" format i cannot change it in excel. Howa can i change that in Power BI.&nbsp;Because when i upload that excel sheet into Power BI date column is getting as "text" I cannot change it to date field in Query Editor.&nbsp;Regards,Cham

This formula should be correct.
Date =&nbsp;FORMAT(Sheet1[Date],"dd/mm/yyyy")
It is a DAX formula used in a calculated column.
&nbsp;
Is the column with error your original data or the modified data with any transformation?
Could you share me with data in your excel for analysis?

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create a one variable and insert a date function and then convert the format(Date/Month/Year) according to your requirement in the Power BI.&nbsp;&nbsp;RegardsRohit

I export CSV file into Power BI. But some dates are showing as Error. Can I know the reason for that?&nbsp;Also is this formula correct? Date =&nbsp;FORMAT(Sheet1[Date],"dd""mm""yyyy")&nbsp;This is not working for me&nbsp;
