Date Range for new column

Need to show when Refer Date is between days 45 and 59.  I was able to get it to show when past 60 days. (

Over 60 Days = IF(Today() >= [REFER_DT] + 60, "Late"))

But can't fiqure out how to get those between days 45 and 59 to show as "coming due".

Would also like to show how many days since the Refer date.  This can be a separate column if needed.

Coming_Due = 
IF ( TODAY () >= [REFER_DT] + 45 && TODAY () <= [REFER_DT] + 59, "coming due" )

How mane days = 
IF ( NOT ISBLANK ( [REFER_DT] ), INT ( TODAY () - [REFER_DT] ) )
