Date Hierarchy to Date selection removes the summary

Hi there

Below screenshots where I would like to visualise the Sum per day. (Total of specific events per day). I can achieve this but would like to show the date rather than the date hierarchy in the visualization.  However, the moment I select date under values, the total per day disappears and reverts to showing all the rows/events for the specific dates.

Seem like your date has timestamp

Create a new column

Date = [timestamp].date

[niel_orvyn1]
