Hello PBI Team,
I am a DBA in the US for an international finance company, and part of my job is manufacturing and distributing PBI reports to all the different IT offices all over the world.
I noticed recently though that when I am using measures/calc columns that reference date fields, they break when opened on a PC that doesn't have a English(US) regional setting, these date based calculations break because of the formatting.
Is it possible to have the PBI default to the region from the originating PC?

I would suggest you to change the format of date column to text type when you save the report. When others open the report, they can click query editor-> right click on the date column-> then click "change type"-> Using locale to achieve the local format.
