Hi, I need to implement this table onto Power BI

The table that I currently have right now is:

you can create two measures

startdate = min('Table'[start date])
enddate = max('Table'[end date])

appreciate ur help. however, i think it has to be done using a measure. using the PQ will remove my other data found in the query.
