how to fetch data from below sources in Power BI , i am not sure if we have connector available for below sources 

MS Dynamics SL

Databasics

ReqLogic

Adaptive

Microsoft Dynamics SL  No connector  Use SQL Server connection
Databasics  No connector Use API or CSV/Excel export
ReqLogic  No connector  Use API / Export / DB (if available)
Workday Adaptive Planning  No connector Use API / OData / Export
