Dataset refresh issue

The data on your report could be cached in your browser. It is always a good idea to refresh the browser itself.
A good indicator for whether you are looking at the refreshed data is the refresh date/time:
Notice that Power BI Service always use UTC time. Remember to add or subtract the corresponding time difference to your last refresh time formula.

Yes that was exactly the issue. We removed last refresh indicators and told people to rely on the tab on top as you suggested. Thanks!
