I have started to use the new single Dataflow connector made available in the August release of Power BI. However, yesterday I've found that the connector has disappeared from Power BI meaning my dataset cannot refresh. There is a similar unresolved topic of another connecter here.
This is happening on the Microsoft Store version of Power BI (2.96.1061.0 64-bit (August 2021)).
I have;
- Reset, Repaired, Uninstalled and reinstalled the Store version of Power BI but this failed to bring the connector back
- Uninstalled and installed the non-store version of Power BI, this also failed to restore the connector
On a possibly related note the performance of the Store version when in the Power Query editor is very slow when attempting to access dataflows using the usual connector, whereas the downloaded version is in line with my expections.
