Hi I am pavani
I can see there are few workflows created using Data flows as a trigger in a default environment
In few power bi workspaces there are dataflows but those are not visible in power automate
is it necessary like these should be visible in both power bi & power automate
what is the showstopper any license issue etc
please suggest
Thanks Rajendra
we did not see the datasource in power bi workspace as dataverse
they are using sql so in this case also dataverse to be considered
we will give a try
Could you please tell me if your problem has been solved? If it is, could you please mark the helpful replies as Answered to close this topic? Thank you very much for your kind cooperation!
Best Regards

Hi @PavaniGVMRLP - Power BI dataflows won’t automatically appear in Power Automate unless they are created within a Dataverse environment. Consider creating the needed dataflows directly in Dataverse or using a Premium Power BI license for more flexible dataflow triggers and API integrations.
will suggest you work around, you can configure a Power Automate flow to refresh a Power BI dataset using the Power BI connector instead of directly triggering a dataflow. This approach can provide a similar outcome in some scenarios.
Create or Copy Dataflows in Dataverse: If the goal is to use dataflows in Power Automate as triggers, consider creating similar dataflows directly in Dataverse.
Use Power BI’s REST API or Premium: For more advanced integrations, Power BI Premium allows REST API calls, which could trigger Power Automate flows indirectly by calling dataflows or updating datasets.
Verify Permissions: Ensure you have the required permissions to access both Power BI workspaces and Dataverse environments.
Hope this helps.
