Hi community,

I wanted to know about Power BI data flows. what is the purpose of using it? When to use it?

Can anybody gives me answer for better understanding of Power BI data flows.

@Anonymous , Dataflows are created for data prep. In very simple terms, dataflow is a power query on power bi service. Dataflows will allow you to pull in data directly in power bi service and do the data transformations there and use those tables in various projects. This will help in moving all transformation at one place
