Hi all,
I have a PBI report built using 2 datasources: data warehose which is snowflake and web data. The data refreshing is fine when my laptop is on but it fails when it's off. I reckon this is something related to my gatway connection, even the error message confirms this :).
Processing error: Your data gateway (personal mode) is offline or could not be reached. Ensure the gateway computer is on and you are logged on to it during the scheduled refresh period.
Can anyone advice me what would be the best approach on this case?
Thank you,
Tina

@Anonymous , Ideally you should not use laptops for gateways, they should be installed on the machine always on.
Another way is that we periodically move our files to one drive or azure data lake and configure date from there. In that case we do not need gateway
