DataRefresh using personal gateway

Hi All,

 

I have installed personal gateway and scheduled for data refresh. my data source is here excel work book. Some how dashboard is getting refreshed as per schedule and showing dashboard with correct data but report depending on same data set is  showing latest info only after clicking Refresh button.

 

Please advise regarding this behaviour. Am i understood the refresh concept wrong?
