Hi all,
I want to transpose following dataset which is hard to create visuals with:

Is want to transform it into:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/o6vbxc4udxdvwlp/Data%20transpose%202.PNG?dl=0
Can this be done trough PowerQuery or do i need to do this at the source data level (excel)

You will need to Unpivot the data.
Here's a good guide (it covers excel but you can do all this in Power Query)
