I'm a new user of PowerBI and have started working on a few projects. When I'm in the Data or Report Views I have noticed that I cannot see all of my table fields & measures listed in the far right data pane, as they are being cut off in my view even when I am at the bottom of the slider. Is there a solution to be able to see all of the field names? Closing some of the above tables did not solve this issue.
Hi all, I've found the solution. This is the same issue as reported here: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/Desktop-Data-navigation-pane-Scroll-Bar-issue/m-p/...
This fixed it for me. You need to go to Options, then Preview Features, then tick Power BI Desktop infrastructure update. Screenshot in the answer to the other question linked above.
Hi all,
I haven't fixed the problem but I have found a workaround. The scroll bar is still broken but you can navigate down the list using the up and down arrows on your keyboard. Click on the bottom most field name that you can see, then use the up and down arrows, and it'll let you go down past the cutoff. The scroll bar will disappear completely but then it wasn't working anyway.
I am having the exact same problem. I have uninstalled Power BI and reinstalled, restarted and nothing works.
Please note, this is not about simply not scrolling down further. The scroll bar is already at the 'bottom', but this is cut off.
It feels similar to the sizing problem that there was in February in which the pop up windows were cut off. I have tried the solutions for that for changing text size and display but none of those were working. Can you please address this ASAP, Power BI. This means that it is impossible to add in or use any data that is below the cut off and it hugely impacts the ability to use the tool.
I have the exact same issue. Did you find a solution?
I did not. One suggestion to me was to delete and reinstall PowerBI but I haven't tried that yet. If you do, keep me posted!
Opening & closing the table does not resolve this. The scroll bar is already at the bottom and will not scroll any further.
Hi, the problem is that the scroll button does not work. It is stuck and doesn't scroll down further, even when there is further data to scroll to. It also isn't solved by uninstalling and reinstalling or closing or reopening. I've also tried it with different data sets
