Data source credential are invalid

Hi Hope you guys doing well, 

our reports in Power bi online services was getting refresh fine , but now recently I am getting this error that 

Although I did not made any change , we are getting some files from sharepoint and some from Oracle from online service, for locally i update the user name and password but for online service i dont have any idea what to do i contected the compnay which is providing  us services but they did not give me engouh information. please check the below message 

the credential for localhost is wrong, the system is setup by some other person he is not avaiable now so i donot know what to do. need help. more over gateway is running fine but from same account on web i cannt find any gateway give belwo message.

Is that your personal gateway or someone else's personal gateway?   These only work if the PC running it is switched on.  If you want business continuity, use an Enterprise gateway with at least two cluster members.

not personal its form the company that are hosting our oracle data base and all.

Tell them to separate the gateway from the database server, and to have at least two cluster members.
