Data refresh on Power Automate Button

Hello everyone,

I'm getting no response from the Power Automate button linked with an refresh data action when I'm on the published report link.

If i'm on the workspace's report everything works just fine. The button changes to "triggering" and after that "triggered", then the data refresh starts.

If i'm on the published report link, the button after pressed keeps on "triggering" forever and it doesn't refresh. Looking for some answers I've found some content about security permissions but any of those appear on my workspace configs, even on the admin account.

Can someone help me on how to make the refresh button works on the published report link? Any info needed can be provided.

Could you fix it?

There's two things I can think of:

the easiest one is that you need to refresh your power BI visuals by clicking on a button. I have no idea why the visuals don't refresh automatically when new data comes in.

And the next reason why it is stuck on triggering could be because you're run into your refresh limit. If you're on PBI Pro, then you've tried refreshing more than 8 times a day, or if you're on Premium, then you've refreshed more than 48 times a day.

Unfortunately, using power Automate to trigger a refresh counts towards that daily limit.

Sadly that's not the case. The button is required since the final user that has only access to the report published link wants to update the data as needed.
