Data refresh from sql database

Hello,
I have published a report on power bi web portal, it fetches data from amazon sql database. The problem is when I refresh the data it doen't fetch the complete data, it only updates partial amount of the data.

Please Help!

Generally, it takes 10-15 minutes to complete the data refresh. If the issue persists, please repin the visualization. Please also refer to links below for troubleshooting:

I am having a similar issue.

I have published a data set to PowerBI Online from a mySQL database, the Desktop version sees all the data properly (2008 - 2016) but the online version only sees partial data (2009 - 2010).
