Data refresh - How to upload and format with CSV

I get a "blast" data report via excel in a CSV format. It has the same data and format but each day i get it, it adds info from the preivous day. 

How can i automate the upload process and not duplicate the data. The data does not have any unique ID.

I would need to duplicate as every quarter, the previous quarter drops off that report and start fresh. We want to be able to collect historical data

@Ah43013 , Unless you configure incremental(That too will work service refresh). it would replace data with the new ones.

if the new one only has new data and you want to append

I am not very clear why you need delete duplicate
