Data not refreshing in the app

Hello:

Our PBI service is connect to gcp. There is a gateway and its handled by IT. The whole infrastructure is handled by IT. I just upload the pbix in the service, schedule refresh, and it works fine.  

1) I have a pbix file that refreshes property.

a. When I click "Publish" in the pbix file it tells be that it has been updated.

b. When I manually upload the pbix in PBI server it tells me that it has updated the file.

c. When I refresh the file in the service it gives me a timestamp that the file is refreshed.

2) But when I go in the app the data is not refreshed. Why would this be?

What could be causing this. I think it was fine last month. 

Can I check something on my end to see if I am doing something wrong? Is the file corrupted?

My other pbix files are refreshing properly. But I havent touched them for a year now.

@samnaw , Clear your browser cache and try once again.

Open a report in edit mode or create a new report in the dataset on service and try to validate data for new dates on a blank page.
